Full job description
PURPOSE OF POSITION: Leading a keep team to meet enterprise KPIs consisting of riding sales, price control, mitigating dangers and stock loss, administration and ensuring world type save standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Increase sales by using focusing on consumer service and world-class keep standards, preservation of the keep image, stock administration and promotional implementation

Stock loss is minimised by having a wholesome keep way of life and following protection measures, inventory and money coping with procedures.

Manage cost in accordance to the company affordable lifestyle by means of riding efficiencies in the store.

Ensure administrative obligations inside the store are achieved according to the organization guidelines.

Leading a dynamic team of Dynamos – taking responsibility for group training, teaching and performance.

Standards – hold prevalent health, safety and housekeeping standards

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Grade:8-12 OR Abet stage

Relevant tertiary schooling – a degree/diploma in a business/retail-related discipline would be an advantage.

Ideally zero years ride in a retail surroundings within a leadership role.

Computer Literate (Microsoft and/or Google GSuite – will be an advantage).

ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

A ardour for retail is indispensable to supply a world-class client experience.

Demonstrate integrity and willingness to go the extra mile.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and management skills

Strong Managerial abilities – the ability to plan, lead, organise, and control.
