Warehouse Learner – Your Future Position?
We are looking for a Warehouse Learner for our web page in Tulisa Park, South Africa. As a Learner you will perform simple assignments to handle and maintain waft of uncooked materials and finished merchandise in manufacturing areas in accordance to set up hints underneath minimal supervision.
In this position you will be accountable for the following tasks:
Stock motion from Warehouse to manufacturing and vice versa
Moving of inventory into the manufacturing facility to enable Operators to begin compounding
Blending of all overages
Prepare samples for different departments i.e FC&A and planning
Blend all shares in LSI into fixed bins
Replenish constant packing containers materials and stock verification on a daily basis.
Pumping of alcohol and other substances into farm tanks
Knowledge of using a scanner
Conduct 5s in your work station
Eliminate hazards that can compromise Food safety( HACCP) and Quality
Comply with allergens administration programs
Comply with Environmental fitness and security policies and standards
Report incidents and shut shaves
Prepare returns from liquid and powders production plant life to the warehouse the usage of SAP
Timeous liaison with all branch to get to the bottom of discrepancies
Validate all grasp HU’s in LSI area and allocate to the right bin locations
Conduct inventory verification and modify all shortages with the assist of a Team Leader
Pick / Putaway substances in warehouse and production
Support Team chief with inventory management and control
Investigate PSTD materials and file to the Team Leader
Assist with inventory cycle counting each in warehouse and factory
Investigate deviations and assemble a report of findings
Demonstrate lively participation in all place of business enchancment activities ( LEAN )
Ensure protected operation of forklift, drum coping with gear and pedestrian stacker
