Purpose of the Job
We are looking for a committed Pharmacy Assistant to be part of our group at MR Atteridgeville. In this role, you will aid the pharmacist with Centralised Chronic Medication Dispensing and Distribution, ensuring adherence to standard working procedures.

This is a part-time role.

Job Objectives
Receiving CCMDD parcels in accordance to the manifests electronically and manually.
Open CCMDD consignments and pack parcels in accordance to a system.
Hand out CCMDD parcels in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) electronically and manually.
Compile a spreadsheet for all parcels in accordance to SOPs.
Compile reports.
Housekeeping.
Qualifications
Essential:

Grade: 8-12 qualification OR Abet level 4
Experience
Desirable:

Administrative experience
Knowledge and Skills
Computer literate
Knowledge of dishing out structures and ordering systems
Bilingual, ideally fluent in Afrikaans and English
Strong administration skills
Engaging & friendly personality
Knowledgeable of stock-receiving procedures
Solid perception of patron provider principles

Desirable:
Healthcare product knowledge
