Job purpose:
To function cash registers, accurately technique appropriate strategies of price and resolves customer queries.

Providing AWESOME client carrier to provide customer a WOW experience
Attend to special and man or woman shopping needs of every purchaser and constantly put the Customer first
Adhere to all primary client carrier standards to ensure that customers acquire instant and efficient service
Selling items and most importantly add on sales and services at POS
Prepare for the begin of day and accept all transactions in accordance to the trendy operating methods of the company
Adherence to all Merchandising and housekeeping standards and schedules
Operate Cash registers and acquire payments for goods purchased by way of customers
Examining returned items and reporting lower back to Managers for fabulous actions
Ensure that all POS in accordance with general working techniques on the income floor
Preparation, implementation and preservation of all marketed sales promotions at POS
Ensuring that items are correctly priced and displayed at POS
Participating in inventory takes and stock counts
Minimize stock loss
Minimize costs in place of responsibility
Maximize income in all areas
Protect Company’s assets in location of responsibility
Entry Requirements
Matric Certificate
(six) months retail experience
Must have very own or reliable transport to be capable to work shifts
General
To undertake any other applicable duties requested by using Senior Management
To undertake all obligatory and carrier training as required
Maintaining the strict confidentiality of all information
To undertake an appraisal and private development assessment regularly
To take responsibility and accountability for being up to date with modern-day SOP’s
Co-operating fully in the introduction of any new technological know-how and new methods.
