REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree/ B-Tech degree/ Advanced Diploma in Development Economics, Social Science, Industrial Science ( NQF level 7) with 1 year of applicable experience. Driver’s licence. Knowledge: Mineral laws, Socioeconomic improvement issues, social and labour plan, economic management, Human Resource Development, and Labour Legislations Skills: Analytical capacity, pc literacy, verbal exchange skills, research, file writing and formulation mission administration Thinking Demands: ahead planning, selection making, proactivity, interpretation, and implementation of policies.

DUTIES: Register obtained and well-known receipt of new purposes for social and labour plans. Conduct preliminary and last assessments of social and labour plans on medium-scale operations. Coordinate workshops and conferences between the branch and clients. Provide administrative help for sub directorate e.g. assemble information report, draft inspection, plan, filling, etc. bring together letters to customers in line with the consequence of the assessment. Develop and keep social and labour layout database, grant recommendation,s and liaise with the purchasers involving social and labour plans. Conduct compliance inspections on small to medium-scale operations.
