DUTIES: To plan and independently conduct inspections with the intention of making sure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, Act eighty-five of 1993, Regulations and integrated Standards. To verify registration with the Unemployment Insurance Act and the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act. Plan, look at, and finalize independently incidents and complaints suggested pertaining to the OHS Act and the applicable guidelines and put into effect as and when necessary, show up in Court as State witness. Plan and conduct allotted proactive inspections as per agenda to screen compliance with the applicable labor regulation which includes compiling and consolidating reviews emanating from such inspections. Plan and Conduct advocacy campaigns on all labour legislation independently, analyze the impact thereof, and consolidate and bring together reports. Contribute at a greater stage to planning, drafting, and protection of regional inspection plans and reviews inclusive of execution of evaluation and compilation of consolidated statistical reviews on regional and allotted cases.
